Preparing a Home to Become a Long Term Rental

Every house needs love.  And to prepare a house for a long term rental, there will likely be some maintenance, servicing, and cleaning required.  Annie can coordinate and oversee this process while preparing to list the home for rent.  

Property Management

Now the great part!  Let your investment pay for itself!  Once the property is listed for rent and occupied, the incoming rent can float your investment.  Without having to hunt for a new agent you will already have a property manager.  You can rely on Annie, once again, to cover the needs of the home as a property manager.
